At the "Wildpark" in Poing you can see and feed local wildlife, like deer and squirrels and get close to them in some areas even without a fence. And there are lots more animals. We went there in freezing cold weather.

The "Wisent" is a kind of buffalo that used to roam the local countryside many years ago. 
Wolves are now extinct in Bavaria, too.
